The bodies of two more students who were swept away by strong waves near Rushikonda in Visakhapatnam have been recovered, bringing the number of recovered bodies from the incident to three. Hindustan Times
The three students were Class IX students, around 14 years old, who had gone to the beach with friends during the Gandhi Jayanti holiday. The body of Prashanth was recovered on Friday evening, while the bodies of Suryaprakash and Ritesh were found on the beach in the early hours of Saturday. Coast Guard personnel, Marine Police, local police, beach lifeguards and fishermen participated in the search operation. Hindustan Times
