Train No. 04159, operating from Prayagraj to Visakhapatnam, has been cancelled from September 4 to November 27.
The train was scheduled to operate on Fridays during this period.
The return service, Train No. 04160 from Visakhapatnam to Prayagraj, has been cancelled from September 5 to November 28.
This service was scheduled to operate on Saturdays.
The cancellations have raised concerns among passengers who rely on the direct rail connection between the two cities.
The special service connects Visakhapatnam with Prayagraj through a long-distance route covering several important stations.
Passengers may now have to look for alternative trains and travel options during the cancellation period.
The disruption is expected to particularly affect those planning long-distance journeys between Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
