Andhra Pradesh is planning five regional investment conferences across the State ahead of the CII Partnership Summit 2026, which is scheduled to take place in Visakhapatnam on November 12 and 13. The conferences are intended to highlight region-specific investment opportunities, with particular attention to MSMEs and startups. 

The series will begin in Visakhapatnam on October 7, with discussions covering AI, data centres, IT and fintech, semiconductors, global capability centres, pharma and med-tech. Kakinada will host the second conference on October 12, focusing on maritime, shipbuilding, green hydrogen and ammonia, aqua exports and food processing. 

Guntur will host its conference on October 16, with capital development, urban infrastructure, quantum valley and emerging technologies among the focus areas. Anantapur will hold its meet on October 23, covering aerospace and defence, automobiles, horticulture and renewable energy, while Tirupati will host the final conference on October 26, focusing on tourism, electronics, semiconductors and space. 

 

Officials said 714 projects involving ₹22.57 lakh crore in proposed investments have signed MoUs since June 2024. Of these, 473 projects worth ₹16.6 lakh crore have moved into the execution stage, while 247 have been physically grounded, according to the report.
