The Visakhapatnam South Zone round of Women Who Master 2026 brought together young women innovators from across the region.

The national-level women-only hackathon was organised by Aspire For Her in collaboration with Logitech.

The event was hosted at Dr Lankapalli Bullayya College of Engineering (Autonomous), in association with Prajna Resources Pvt. Ltd. 

Students from institutions including Andhra University, GITAM, KL University, Vignan and several other colleges participated.

The full-day event provided participants with an opportunity to work on real-world problem statements and develop innovative solutions.

Participants worked individually with guidance from mentors before presenting their solutions to a jury.

Technology, artificial intelligence, innovation and entrepreneurship were among the key areas highlighted during the hackathon.

An on-site multiple-choice questionnaire was also included as part of the evaluation process.

A major highlight of the event was an official attempt aimed at setting a Guinness World Records title. 

The initiative aims to encourage more women students to explore technology and build confidence in innovation and problem-solving.

Top performers from the zonal round will get an opportunity to participate in the grand finale at Logitech headquarters in Chennai.

The winners will compete for cash prizes of ₹1 lakh, ₹75,000 and ₹50,000, along with certificates and potential career opportunities.
