Global hospitality company Hilton has announced the signing of the Hilton Garden Inn Visakhapatnam Yendada World Trade Centre (WTC), marking the company's entry into Visakhapatnam. The hotel is being developed in partnership with BVM Energy and Residency Private Limited, a Kapil Group company, and is expected to open in 2032. 

The hotel will form part of the upcoming 10-acre World Trade Centre Visakhapatnam development in Yendada, planned as a mixed-use destination for business, collaboration and commercial activity. 

The proposed Hilton Garden Inn will feature 360 guest rooms, along with an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge and bar, rooftop bar, fitness facilities and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. It will also have approximately 14,300 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, including a ballroom, breakout rooms and a boardroom. 

 

The signing also expands Hilton's planned presence in Andhra Pradesh. Besides Visakhapatnam, Hilton Garden Inn hotels are in the pipeline in Tirupati and Mantralayam.
