Atmosphere Core has announced a strategic partnership with A V N G Developers LLP to launch Atmosphere Hillora Eco Resort Visakhapatnam. The 180-key luxury eco resort is planned in the Eastern Ghats of Visakhapatnam, surrounded by forests, lakes and hills. The property is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2029. It will feature a mix of cottages, suites and private-pool villas designed to blend with the surrounding natural environment. The resort will include an all-day dining restaurant, café lounge, speciality restaurant, bar and poolside bar. Its wellness facilities are expected to include the ELE|NA Ayur Spa, a swimming pool and a fully equipped fitness centre. The property will also offer convention halls, conference rooms, boardrooms and open-air venues. These facilities are intended to attract destination weddings, corporate meetings, MICE programmes and leisure travellers. The resort will be positioned under the Atmosphere sub-brand of Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts. The development comes as Visakhapatnam continues to attract investment in tourism and hospitality infrastructure. Its combination of beaches, natural landscapes, heritage attractions and growing business activity is supporting demand for premium accommodation.
