Konkipudi Ramakrishna Takes Charge as JCI Visakha Valley 40th President



Visakhapatnam, December 21:
Konkipudi Ramakrishna has been appointed as the new President of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Visakha Valley. The oath-taking ceremony was conducted grandly on Saturday night at the Lions Club in the city.

The event was graced by JCI Zonal President A. Santosh Kumar as the chief guest. K.V. Rao participated as the keynote speaker, while JCI Zonal Vice President K.P. Kalyan attended as the guest of honor. Special guests included Ram Surya Kolluru and Sindhura Thadi.


Focus on Service Activities:
After taking charge, Konkipudi Ramakrishna spoke to the media about the initiatives planned under JCI Visakha Valley for the coming year. "Providing services to all sections of society is the primary objective of our organization," he emphasized. He added that plans are being developed in collaboration with other members to prioritize community service programs.

Key Initiatives for the Year:

  1. Training for Students: Organizing training sessions for college students on various topics.
  2. Skill Development for Youth: Special programs aimed at enhancing skills among the youth.
  3. Awareness on Cyber Crimes: Conducting awareness sessions on cyber crimes for students.
  4. Support for Aspiring Entrepreneurs: Providing training programs for budding entrepreneurs.
  5. Swachh Bharat and Other Initiatives: Activities such as women’s training programs, awareness on drug abuse, health camps, and yoga sessions.

Reflection on Past Achievements:
During the event, the outgoing president presented a summary of the projects undertaken in the previous year.

Members expressed confidence that under the leadership of Konkipudi Ramakrishna, JCI Visakha Valley will continue to excel and expand its service-oriented activities.
