PM Modi will lay the groundwork for projects worth Rs 10,842.47 crore in Visakhapatnam
On November 11, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Visakhapatnam for a two-day visit. During his visit, he will inaugurate projects worth Rs 10,842.47 crore and address the public on the grounds of the AU Engineering College. According to official reports, he will stay at the Eastern Naval Command's INS Chola.
Projects that are set to be launched include a railway redevelopment project worth Rs 460 crores, fishing harbor modernization works worth Rs 152 crores, road widening works from Sheela Nagar to Convent Junction worth Rs 566 crores, the laying of the GAIL pipeline from Srikakulam to Angul worth Rs 2658 crores, Ichapuram to Paralakhemundi road expansion works worth Rs 211 crores, an ONGC field development project worth Rs 2917 crores, and the AP section of the Visakhapatnam-Raipur greenfield economic corridor worth Rs 3778 crores
