Sabala Food Festivals: Embracing Cow-Based Traditional Cuisine and Natural Farming



S.A.V.E (Sabala) is set to host a five-day culinary extravaganza, "Food Festivals," from March 22nd to March 26th, 2024.

Please note that Program schedule is same all 5 days. So, attending one day of all the 5 days is sufficient. And there is no accommodation facility.  

The festival is aimed at promoting awareness about cow-based crops, traditional recipes, and the significance of natural farming practices. This event seeks to highlight the importance of desi seeds, local food habits, and the use of appropriate cooking utensils, while also supporting local artisans.

Featuring an array of mouthwatering recipes derived from cow-based natural produce, the festival will showcase the rich culinary heritage rooted in cow-centric agriculture.

Attendees will have the opportunity to indulge in delectable dishes prepared using ingredients sourced from natural farming methods, emphasizing sustainability and environmental consciousness.

Distinguished speakers, including Padmashri Sri Subhash Palekar Garu and Sri Vijay Ram Garu, renowned proponents of natural farming, will share their insights and experiences throughout the event.

Participants can expect enlightening discussions on Subhash Palekar Krishi (SPK), a natural farming approach centered around cow dung, and its transformative impact on agriculture and food production.


THE FESTIVAL VENUE: Simhachalam Devasthanam Goshala, Krishnapuram, Simhachalam, VSKP, providing attendees with a serene and culturally enriched atmosphere to savor the flavors of tradition and sustainability.

To attend this enlightening event, participants are encouraged to bring their own steel plates and glasses from home to support the festival's zero solid waste initiative.
