Visakhapatnam hosted the IoT Summit 2026 – Connecting the Future, powered by Cognetix, on September 17, 2026.
The event was held at the VMRDA Children’s Arena, Siripuram.
The summit was organised with the participation of the AP Digital Technology Industry (APDTI) Network and DeepTech Naipunya Foundation.
It brought together industry leaders, technology professionals, innovators, startups, researchers and academia.
The summit explored emerging IoT trends and real-world applications of connected technologies.
Key areas included AIoT, edge computing, industrial IoT, digital twins and connected infrastructure.
Sessions also examined the use of IoT, sensors, real-time data and automation for industrial operations.
A panel on Remote Monitoring & Predictive Operations discussed predictive intelligence and technology-driven operational improvements.
The event also aimed to encourage collaboration between industry, academia, startups and technology innovators.
The organisers positioned the summit as a platform for strengthening Andhra Pradesh’s digital technology and DeepTech ecosystem.
