Advocating for Global Recognition: Efforts to Elevate Hindi Language

In Visakhapatnam, the Vishwa Hindi Parishad is fervently working towards raising the profile of the Hindi language on a global scale.

Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad (YLP), the national president, alongside Bipin Kumar, the general secretary, emphasized the organization's mission to position Hindi as an official language in the United Nations.

During a media interaction at Andhra University, Bipin Kumar articulated the vision of not only promoting Hindi but also showcasing Indian culture worldwide.

He underscored the importance of prioritizing both national and regional languages. Embracing the principle of trilingualism, the organization plans to facilitate collaborations to encourage Hindi speakers to learn a southern language.

Moreover, Bipin Kumar highlighted the ongoing initiatives aimed at disseminating Hindi language and culture globally.

YLP stressed the need to safeguard Indian culture and tradition against the potentially negative impact of foreign languages like English, which gained prominence during the British colonial era.

The Vishwa Hindi Parishad's endeavors reflect a concerted effort to preserve and elevate Hindi as a vital component of India's linguistic and cultural heritage on the international stage.
