In a remarkable initiative to promote the rich cultural heritage of Andhra Pradesh, the state government has unveiled plans to establish a Unity Mall along Visakhapatnam's scenic beach road.

This endeavor, aligned with the One District One Product (ODOP) concept, aims to uplift local artisans, handicrafts, and Geographical Indication (GI)-tagged products.

Anticipated to commence construction within a few months and slated for completion within two to three years, the Unity Mall will occupy a sprawling 10-acre plot near Ramanaidu Studios. Moreover, the government envisions the inclusion of a state-of-the-art convention center, capable of accommodating up to 5,000 individuals simultaneously.

By establishing this unique mall, Andhra Pradesh's government underscores its commitment to supporting local craftsmen and preserving traditional art forms.
