MMN Parasurama Raju, newly appointed BJP Visakhapatnam parliamentary district president, assured efforts to strengthen the party across the district. Expressing gratitude to the party's high command and emphasized promoting central government schemes to benefit more people.

A festive atmosphere marked the occasion at the BJP office, with leaders and cadres celebrating through a rally. Parasurama Raju will focus on Visakhapatnam north, east, south, west, Gajuwaka, and Bheemunipatnam segments. With over a decade of experience, he served as Araku parliament in-charge and Visakhapatnam north constituency in-charge.

North constituency MLA P. Vishnu Kumar Raju lauded the decision, calling Visakhapatnam a key district for the BJP. He urged the cadre to support Parasurama Raju, expressing confidence in his leadership. Highlighting the Centre’s Rs. 11,440 crore revival package, Vishnu Kumar Raju described it as the largest in the country and criticized agitators for not acknowledging the Centre’s support.

Former BJP district president Raveendra Medapati and SAIL independent director Sagi Kasi Viswanath Raju also attended the event.
