Visakhapatnam: In a strong show of solidarity, the Andhra Pradesh Medical and Sales Representatives Union (APMSRU) condemned the recent attack on a medical student in Kolkata.

The district president, P.V. Sudhakar, led a rally along Beach Road today, with numerous doctors participating to express their support.

During the event, state secretary Chandramouli emphasized the sensitive nature of the medical profession. He remarked that the large turnout signifies the severity of the issue, highlighting the growing number of attacks on doctors.

Chandramouli urged the government to ensure safety and enforce laws to protect medical professionals. He also assured that APMSRU stands firmly behind every protest by doctors.

The rally saw participation from several key leaders, including national leader Rajesh, state leader Sanjay, and women medical representatives. A large number of medical representatives joined the rally, demonstrating their commitment to the cause.
