Divisional Railway Manager, Waltair Shri Anup Satpathy appealed to job aspirants not to fall prey to touts for Railway Jobs. 

He said several cases have been come to limelight in recent times. Innocent people are being cheated by the racketeers luring jobs in railway. Despite several steps taken by the Railways to control the tout menace, short cut methods to grab a job adopted by the public paving the chance to tout. 

DRM Shri Anup Satpathy reiterated that “Don’t fall prey to touts, brokers and racketeers to get a railway job and save your hard-earned money. Get a job through merit and hard work. The railway board or Railway recruitment board or the Railway ministry never nominates an agent or an outsourcing agency for recruitment.” 

Always check the official websites of Railway Recruitment Board and follow advertisements published by the boards in newspapers and employment news. Do not rely on websites resembling the official website, he added.
