GITAM School of Business has unveiled its plans to conduct the all India level admission test, GBAT-2024 (GITAM MBA Admission Test-2024), in 80 cities across the nation.

Scheduled for March 24th, this test serves as a gateway for MBA admissions, as revealed by Prof Raja Pappu, the Dean of the School of Business.

The GBAT offers an opportunity for aspiring MBA students to pursue their studies in Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru campuses, with specializations ranging from accounting and finance to entrepreneurship.

Additionally, the Visakhapatnam campus is introducing an MBA Healthcare and Hospital Management program in collaboration with Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ), aiming to provide students with a comprehensive academic experience coupled with industry exposure.

Comprising 200 questions covering various domains such as language comprehension, mathematics, intelligence, critical reasoning, Indian and global environment, and data analysis, GBAT plays a crucial role in determining admissions.

Applicants' performance in GBAT, along with their personal interview scores, will influence their acceptance into the program.

Furthermore, the institution is offering scholarships to deserving students, including alumni, sibling, employee, and need-based scholarships.

Prof Raja Pappu emphasized the advantages of studying at the Business School, citing the integration of 50 percent of Harvard Business School case studies into the MBA curriculum and workshops designed to broaden students' horizons.

The School of Business boasts state-of-the-art facilities on its campuses, including theatre-style classrooms, collaboration spaces, Bloomberg and NSE Labs, a high-end analytics lab, and a venture development center with incubation facilities.

These amenities provide students with an enriching learning environment, enhancing their overall educational experience.
