GVMC Earns ₹39.19 Lakh Through HPCL Fuel Loyalty Points
Visakhapatnam: The Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) has earned an impressive ₹39.19 lakh in revenue through fuel loyalty points accumulated by using HPCL fuel for its vehicles, announced GVMC Commissioner P. Sampath Kumar.
On Monday, HPCL Regional Manager B. Ravikanth presented the cheque to the Commissioner.
During the event, the Commissioner highlighted that GVMC has consistently used HPCL fuel for all its vehicles through the mechanical department. As a result, GVMC not only leads industries and institutions in Visakhapatnam in terms of fuel usage but also holds the top spot in earning loyalty points over the past three years.
He expressed gratitude to HPCL and commended the GVMC mechanical department engineers for their efforts in generating additional revenue.
GVMC Chief Engineer P. Shiva Prasad Raju, Supervising Engineer G. Govinda Rao, Executive Engineer K. Dileep, and HPCL Sales Officer K. Shyam Sunder Babu were also present at the event.
