The Ability People, in collaboration with GVMC, initiated the ABILITY REHABILITATION CENTER on October 25 for people with spinal injuries, children with special needs, orthopedic conditions, and the elderly. This center assists people with disabilities with skill development, rehabilitation, and empowerment.

The Ability People identified ten people with disabilities, including Vishakhapatnam's Sai Kiran Behera, for Livelihood on Wheels. The Spinal Cord Injury Beneficiary was helped by a mobility device developed at IIT Madras, the NeoFly and NeoBolt, which was funded by TATA Trusts and TITAN through the Design Impact Awards 2018.

The Chief Guest, Smt. G. Hari Venkata Kumari, Hon'ble Mayor, GVMC, promised the construction of the 15" compound wall that collapsed recently due to heavy rain in the presence of special guests Sri J. Bipin Kumar Jain, Corporator, 31-Ward, Visakhapatnam; Dilip Patro, Director; and Sri Vijay Shankar, Board Member of The Ability People.
