Visakhapatnam: In support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) Commissioner P. Sampath Kumar has urged all residents to proudly display the Indian flag at their homes and offices.
Emphasizing the campaign as a powerful way to foster patriotism during the 78th Independence Day celebrations, Sampath Kumar encouraged widespread participation.
During a recent event at the GVMC office, he urged citizens to join the movement and share their flag-raising moments.
The campaign runs until August 15. Participants are invited to post selfies with their flags on the website harghartiranga.com.
Sampath Kumar reminded everyone to showcase their support by unfurling the tricolour and uploading their photos before the deadline.
