Major Burglary in Madhurawada: Thieves Challenge Police

In a dramatic turn of events in Vishakhapatnam, a significant burglary has occurred in Madhurawada.

Thieves have managed to pull off a daring heist at Villa No. 43A in Panorama Hills, making a substantial impact on the local community.

The incident, which took place around 2 PM yesterday, involved the theft of approximately 25 to 30 kilograms of gold jewelry and a cash sum of ₹10 lakhs.

The burglary took place while Dr. K. Venkateshwar Rao, a physician at Apollo Health City, and his wife, Dr. Sandhya Devi, who practices at KGH, were away attending to a family emergency in Bhimavaram.

The burglars meticulously timed their break-in to coincide with the absence of the residents.

This brazen act of theft has posed a significant challenge to local law enforcement, raising serious concerns about security and the efficiency of crime prevention measures in the area.
