Mysterious golden chariot washed ashore in Srikakulam District



Srikakulam residents dragged out a mysterious gold-coloured chariot which was washed ashore at the Sunnapalli Sea Harbour in Srikakulam. The local Sub-Inspector (SI) of Naupada in the Srikakulam district assumed that the chariot might have come from another country. The police authorities have informed the intelligence and higher officials about it.

In visuals that have gone viral on the internet, residents of the coastal area on the shore were seen dragging the chariot out of the sea and loading it atop a cart. On Wednesday morning, Cyclone Asani moved close to the Andhra Pradesh coast through the severe cyclonic storm weakened into a cyclonic storm.


In an astonishing occurrence, a golden chariot washed ashore at Sunnapalli Sea Harbour in Srikakulam on Tuesday, leaving the locals in awe. Several speculations have come on identifying the origin of the chariot. The chariot structure is similar to the Wayo style architecture of Japan. It has inscriptions in foreign language dated 16-01-22.

Andhra Pradesh state issued a red warning in the coastal areas. Nine teams of both SDRF and NDRF have been deployed for relief operations.
The cyclone triggered heavy rains in several places across the state. This mysterious golden chariot compelled people to gather in scores to witness this miracle. Taking charge of the situation, the marine police took custody of this temple chariot.

For the last couple of days, just ahead of Cyclone Asani, the sea has been rough, with big waves forming now and then.
