Pegasus Mrs. South India | Mrs Andhra Pradesh title winner Sunita Davala from Vizag
Marriage and children should not be a stoppage for your career or growth in life especially for women, this is what Mrs. Sunita Davala wanted to prove with her achievement.
Born in Jamshedpur, she was brought up in Visakhapatnam and lived in Vizag until she got married. Speaking to HV, she shared that the interest towards modelling is in her since childhood. She started modelling at the age of 15. She was interested in participating in beauty pageants since then itself. She won Miss Vizag Beautiful Skin in 2001. Then she had to leave all these and move to Mumbai with her husband to start her marital life. She had two beautiful kids.
With her interest towards modelling and her family support, she again started participating in Miss Vizag shows since 2016. That is what paved way for her participation in this pageant. She has been searching for a genuine platform to showcase her talent and through Mr. Ajay Agarwal, she got to know about this Mrs. South India pageant.
She went to participate in Pegasus Mrs. South India. From nearly 50 applications, only around 4 people were finalized and she made it to the title. While sharing her pageant experience with Hello Vizag, she mentioned that she was given both offline and online training. She explained about the various rounds in the pageant like Strength round, talent round which taught her to stop thinking negative.
She won the title Mrs. Andhra Pradesh in this pageant. She shared that she scored 1700 votes, which is the second highest vote number in the pageant. She said without the support of her family she couldn’t have made it. Her sister supported her very much by taking care of her children. Now after the winning the regional title, she said her kids are very proud of her.
She said that this journey towards success is a super journey. ‘I dreamed of it and I made it’, she shared her happiness.
She said she would be very thankful to her mentor Ajay Agarwal, Samhitas Designer Studio, her dance choreographer Mohammad Siddiqui, gym trainer Vasudev Rao, photographer Koushik who supported and kept motivating her all the time.
Inspiration:
In her words, she said she admires Kanga Ranaut a lot. Being a girl from a small-town girl to the successful and confident woman she is now, she has achieved a lot.
She shared that Sushmita Sen is her inspiration in modelling.
Future Aim:
Mrs Sunita aims to participate in Mrs India in 2022. She also wishes to participate in Mrs World
