Led by Joint Commissioner of Police K. Fakeerappa, DCP CH. Manikanta, GVMC Commissioner C.M. Saikanth Varma, and Additional Commissioner K.S. Viswanath, the team assessed various aspects of the arrangements along Beach Road.
This included scrutinizing the main stage setup, seating arrangements, barricades, parking facilities, VIP gallery, and routes leading to Beach Road.
Discussions also encompassed entry-exit points, CCTV surveillance, and security measures to be implemented during the event.
