Rapid Progress in TIDCO Housing Projects in Vizag

Visakhapatnam: Significant strides are being made in the progress of housing projects undertaken by TIDCO (Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation) in Visakhapatnam.

The district authorities are diligently preparing for the distribution of houses in the combined Visakhapatnam district, with a grand housewarming ceremony scheduled for February 2.

To ensure the success of this initiative, Andhra Pradesh TIDCO chairman, Jammana Prasanna Kumar, accompanied by engineering officials, conducted an inspection of the houses on Wednesday.

The housing distribution includes 1,920 houses in Bheemili constituency and an additional 2,160 houses across five other areas. A total of 4,080 housing complexes are set to be inaugurated on February 2, as part of this mass distribution effort.

Chairman Prasanna Kumar directed the officials to meet the targets set by Chief Minister.

These housing complexes will feature 3rd AC-16 and Generator Motor car-2 (LHB Coaches).

In anticipation of the upcoming event, Chairman Prasanna Kumar mentioned that several dignitaries, including Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Adimulapu Suresh, YSRCP regional coordinator YV Subba Reddy, IT Minister Gudivada Amarnath, district in-charge minister Vidadala Rajini, and other public representatives, are expected to attend the ceremony.
