RBI Regional Office to be Established in Vizag

Visakhapatnam: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is set to establish a regional office in Visakhapatnam. RBI officials are considering setting up the office in the VMRDA building in the city.
RBI General Manager Rajesh Kumar has requested District Collector A. Mallikarjuna to allocate the fifth floor of the VMRDA building for this purpose.
Each state typically has a regional office of the RBI, and now one will be established in Andhra Pradesh as well.
