The Rotary Club of Vizag Diamonds recently welcomed four new members, further enriching its vibrant community. President Shashi Jaiswal emphasized the importance of camaraderie and fellowship in fostering greater participation in service activities.

In a ceremony filled with enthusiasm, Dr. Shilpa Kandipalli, Head of the Department of Oncology at KGH, and Dr. Raja Ramesh, Pediatrician at Giggles Omni Hospital, were recognized with the prestigious Rotary Vocational Excellence Awards for the year 2023-24. Their dedication to their respective fields exemplifies the spirit of vocational service.

The event witnessed a strong turnout, with over 45 members in attendance. During the gathering, the club pledged support for a water project at the Social Welfare Girls Hostel in Pendurthi, committing funds totaling Rs. 50,000. Additionally, a generous contribution of Rs. 100,000 was announced towards the vital cause of polio eradication, reflecting the club's unwavering commitment to community welfare.
