The much-anticipated Dussehra holidays for schools in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are set to begin tomorrow.
The holiday break coincides with Gandhi Jayanti and will extend through mid-October.
In Andhra Pradesh, schools will remain closed until October 13th, while the Telangana government has announced holidays lasting until October 14th. As a result, many parents are planning trips to their hometowns, with families traveling from Hyderabad and other cities to spend the break together.
Meanwhile, officials have issued a stern warning to private school owners, reminding them that strict action will be taken if any attempt is made to hold classes during the official holiday period.
