The Central Budget this year has allocated significant funds for the development of Andhra Pradesh.
A sum of ₹15,000 crores has been earmarked for the state's reconstruction. The lifeline project, Polavaram, has received increased funding.
Additionally, funds have been designated for the Visakhapatnam-Chennai Industrial Corridor.
Special funds have also been allocated for the development of seven backward districts in the state.
