The holiday season has arrived, and the Christmas spirit pervades the atmosphere. The Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach celebrated the start of the holiday season with its annual tree lighting ceremony to usher in the season with festive cheer. The ceremony was attended by prominent local publications, among others, alongside bloggers, in-house guests, outlet guests, and the Novotel team. This year, the hotel chose an eco-friendly Christmas tree made of recycled bottles. 

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season, with the highlight of the event being an environmentally friendly Christmas Tree made from recycled bottles, which was displayed in the lobby. Special dance performances by Shiva and her team from Step Up dance troupe and Christmas carols were sung by Paul, Neha, and their team from Vizag Music adding to the fanfare of the event.

The culinary team created a special menu for the evening that included Christmas favorites like turkey spring rolls, mince pie, tapenade, gingerbread, cookies, and so on. The hotel also served mulled wine that had been specially prepared for the occasion. The event concluded on a sweet note, with all guests receiving the traditional plum cake and handmade cookies.
