Traffic restrictions to begin from the afternoon of December 4 in view of the presence of the President of India, the Defense Minister, and others for the Navy Day celebrations to be held on Beach Road. The road from the NTR statue to the Park Hotel junction would be closed from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. for general vehicles. 

Vehicles without Navy Day passes will not be allowed on routes leading to Beach Road. These routes include Collectorate Junction, Zilla Parishad, All India Radio Road, Chinnawaltair, Novotel Road, Hawamahal Road, Kurupam Circle, Siripuram to Beach Road routes, etc. 

Traffic diversions are set to take place at Town Kotha Road, Jagadamba, the Collector's Office, Zilla Parishad, Pandimetta Junction, Asilmetta Junction, VIP Road, Kurupam Circle, MVP Double Road, Maddilapalem Junction, Jodugullapalem Junction, Gollalapalem Road, and Rushikonda Junction. Visakhapatnam citizens are advised to strictly follow the rules set by the traffic department and park their vehicles only at locations authorised for parking.
