In a tragic incident in Bhimili, Visakha district, Narasingrao (59) and his son Bhargav (27) succumbed to rabies after being bitten by their pet dog a week ago. Bhargav was bitten on the nose, while Narasingrao was bitten on the leg.
Despite taking anti-rabies injections promptly after their dog died two days later, the infection had already spread to their brain, liver, and other organs. Unfortunately, their condition worsened rapidly, leading to their untimely demise during treatment.
