In a vibrant celebration of Indian culture and tradition, CMR Group and the Spirit of Vizag Society organized a Handloom Saree Walk on Sunday at Beach Road, coinciding with National Handloom Day.
The event featured a 3-kilometer walk from Vishwa Priya Function Hall to YMCA, drawing around 15,000 women participants.
A highlight of the event was the exhibition of a stunning 1,000-foot-long handloom saree, created to underscore the importance of sarees for future generations and support handloom workers.
CMR Group invested Rs 6 lakh in this special saree, showcasing their commitment to promoting and preserving traditional handloom craftsmanship.
