Visakhapatnam: SCC Summer Camp Concludes with Cadet Success
Visakhapatnam: The Sea Cadet Corps (SCC) summer training camp in Visakhapatnam has successfully concluded, marking the end of an enriching experience for the participating cadets.
The camp saw the participation of 230 cadets who engaged in a range of activities designed to build character, foster camaraderie, and enhance teamwork. The comprehensive training aimed to provide a platform for the holistic development of the cadets, preparing them to be responsible citizens and future nation-builders.
Throughout the camp, cadets participated in various team-building exercises, leadership training, and cultural events. These activities were tailored to instill a sense of unity, discipline, and patriotism among the young participants.
The campfire event was graced by Rear Admiral M Murli Mohan Raju, CSO (P&A) of the Eastern Naval Command, who attended as the chief guest. During the event, cadets showcased their talents through an entertainment program, followed by an interactive session with Rear Admiral Raju.
He congratulated the cadets on their successful completion of the camp and encouraged them to consider careers in the Armed Forces, emphasizing the importance of their service to the nation.
The SCC summer camp has once again proven to be a valuable platform for cadets, fostering a spirit of unity and discipline while encouraging patriotism and dedication to service.
