The number of accidents involving RTC buses has increased over the last year. According to reports, 16 road accidents involving RTC buses have occurred in Visakhapatnam. This figure is higher than the previous year.
To keep rash drivers and drivers who violate traffic rules in check, the city police will take strict action, including driving license cancellation.
Ch. Srikanth, the City Police Commissioner, has made it absolutely clear that drivers who violate traffic regulations, including RTC bus drivers, will face consequences.
