The Waltair Division of East Coast Railway (E Co R) is set to conduct an 'Adalat for pending compassionate appointment cases' on November 8.

The event will take place at the office of the Senior Divisional Personnel Officer, DRM office, Dondaparthi, Visakhapatnam, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

For the bereaved families of the Waltair Division who have concerns regarding their pending compassionate appointment cases, the division invites them to submit their applications in the prescribed format on A-4 size white paper.

These applications should be placed in an envelope with "Compassionate Adalat-2023/E.Co.Rly./Waltair" clearly marked on the top.

The applications should be addressed to The Divisional Railway Manager (P), DRM’s Office Complex, Dondaparthi, Visakhapatnam, and should be sent along with the required documents, with the submission deadline being October 31.

This initiative aims to address the compassionate appointment needs of the affected families efficiently.
