Wipro's Rishad Premji stated that Moonlighting is cheating

Working at more than one job at the same time is referred to as moonlighting. Many IT companies have discovered that due to working from home during the lockdown, many of their employees have worked for two organizations.
Rishad Premji responded to the current trending issue by tweeting, "There is a lot of chatter about people moonlighting in the tech industry." This is cheating-plain and simple."
This remark came at a time when the IT industry is experiencing high attrition.
Many IT firms have held back variable pay to select groups of employees. To deal with a funding crunch, top IT companies in India have reduced hiring.
Moonlighting has existed in the past, but it has increased in recent years for a variety of reasons, including working multiple jobs by employees to meet their own financial needs.
