A whale shark spotted in Vizag coast near Rushikonda

A whale shark was spotted on Tuesday in the blue waters of Rushikonda beach in Visakhapatnam. This is the first time that the giant, endangered species has been spotted in the coast of the city.
Two months ago, a huge whale shark was spotted near Tantadi beach that comes under Vizag rural.
The whale shark is a protected animal under the schedule of I of the wildlife protection act.
Two months ago, the huge whale shark was caught in the net of a fisherman. And this time again the whale shark was spotted by a group of fishermen who were on a boat near Rushikonda. It is known that the shark was around 7 meters in length and ventured close to the boat.
