Accused Caught in Tahesildar Murder Case



Details of the Case:

City police are seeking custody of ACTOR Murari Subrahmanyam Ganga Rao, the accused in the murder case of Visakha Rural Tahesildar Sanapala Ramanayya, who was killed at his home on Feb 3.

Ganga Rao was arrested in Chennai and brought back to the city, where he was remanded. Now, the police want him in their custody for further investigation.

Investigation Process:

Renowned actor Murari Subrahmanyam Ganga Rao, known for his roles in web series, is under scrutiny as the prime suspect in the murder of Tehsildar Ramanaiah in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Murari, who invested heavily in producing the web series 'The Night' after the original director departed, faces controversy amid allegations surrounding his involvement in the crime.

 


Police are trying to determine the identity and connection of the person who aided his escape.

The interrogation during Ganga Rao's custody is expected to shed light on this matter, according to a senior police officer.

Employee Unions' Demands:

Amidst the ongoing investigation, employee unions of the revenue department in Andhra Pradesh are demanding government assistance and security measures for the family of Tahsildar Ramanayya.

They seek assurance from the government for the family's safety and are calling for employment opportunities for Ramanayya's wife.

In a meeting with government officials, the unions also pushed for the establishment of an Integrated Revenue Quarters and the formation of a special wing led by IAS and IPS officers in each district to address land-related issues.
