This year, Andhra University has set a new benchmark in campus placements, with its students securing a staggering 2,642 job opportunities.

This achievement surpasses the previous record of 2,500 placements set in 2023. Placement officer VR Reddy presented the details of this accomplishment to registrar Prof M James Stephen and college principals, in the presence of vice-chancellor Prof PVGD Prasad Reddy.

Breaking down the placements, it was revealed that AU College of Science and Technology led the way with 1,082 job placements, followed by 593 in the College of Arts and Commerce,

78 in the College of Pharmacy, 46 in the College of Law, 175 in the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education, and 668 in the College of Engineering.

This remarkable feat reflects the university's commitment to providing its students with promising career opportunities and highlights its continued dedication to excellence in education and placement initiatives.
