Visakhapatnam, the port city is all decked up to host MILAN-2022. Tight security arrangements have also been made for the event as Chief Minister and other Union Ministers are arriving in the city to witness the MILAN-2022.

A special bullet proof stage has also been setup for the VVIP guests to sit and watch the event. And for the sake of normal public, galleries have been setup from RK beach to YMCA to witness the event. Loud speakers for every ten feet have been setup. The coast area has all been beautified for the event. National flags of various countries have also been setup along the beach road. 

42 countries have confirmed participation in MILAN 2022. According to Navy sources, while some of the Navies are sending ships and others only aircraft for the multilateral exercise, few others are sending only the delegation.

A new asphalt layer was laid on the beach road stretch. All through the RK beach road, beautiful paintings were hanged. Telugu Talli fly over divider have been setup with plant pots. Dividers on the RK beach road are repainted.
