In a concerted effort to elevate educational standards and bolster student support in Gangavaram, Dibbapalem, and Srinagar villages, Adani Gangavaram Port has initiated a series of sustainable activities.

Collaborating with the Adani Foundation, the port rolled out special classes aimed at enhancing academic performance, particularly targeting Class X students from Zilla Parishad High School and junior college in Gangavaram villages.

The specialized coaching sessions provided students with focused attention on key subject areas, resulting in a remarkable improvement in their academic outcomes.

Notably, while the overall pass rate for the 2022-23 board examinations stood at a modest 43 percent, the implementation of special classes for Class X students yielded an impressive 81 percent pass rate.

One noteworthy initiative introduced last year, the Adani Evening Education Centre (AEEC), has already begun to demonstrate its efficacy.

Serving as a beacon of educational support, the center has positively impacted 200 students within its inaugural year.

Employing participatory learning methodologies, the AEEC endeavors to enhance student attendance rates and facilitate more effective learning outcomes.

Central to the program's objectives is the enhancement of attendance, learning experiences, and ultimately, academic performance among students.

Plans are underway to extend this impactful initiative to five villages across two locations in the near future, with the next center slated to be established at Zilla Parishad High School in Gangavaram village.

Through these initiatives, Adani Gangavaram Port underscores its commitment to enriching education within local communities, fostering a brighter future for students and empowering them with the tools they need to succeed.
