A Mallikarjuna, district collector directed the officials at various government offices to clear the pending grievance applications.

A review meeting was held on Monday regarding various issues that include clearance of applications received at the weekly Spandana programme, formation of new districts, establishment of new district-level offices, inspection of village secretariats, fever survey, problems at welfare hostels, hike in the price of edible oils and other essential commodities as a result of the war in Ukraine and conduct of Intermediate examinations.

Talking to the officials during the review meet, Collector ordered the officials to be responsive to the grievances filed in various government offices.

He also stated that the action taken should also be conveyed to the petitioners promptly. The repeat grievances should be thoroughly examined and satisfactory solutions should be found.
