GUSAC 9.0 Begins with Grandeur and Pomp at Gitam; Let's Hear It From Them
Bringing back enthusiasm and vitality, GUSAC 9.0 kicks off with great grandeur and pomp. The opening day sets the spirit of any event. Carnival 9.0 knows exactly how to make its mark, establish its motto and celebrate its successes throughout the year. To join us and build on the glorification, we have Edmium Consultancy as our title sponsor, Skylark Consultancy as a co-sponsor, Phoenix Global as an associate sponsor, Hello Vizag as our media sponsor, and 91.1 as our radio sponsor. The first day's theme is monochrome, and it begins with GUSAC Talks with five noted speakers. Following this, we have cricket for all cricket lovers, with multiple food stalls. and non-tech stalls. To hide in the dark, we have a masquerade ball followed by DJ Night.
True to its core, GUSAC brings knowledge and awareness to intriguing topics. GUSAC Talks, the maiden event has invited speakers from different proficiencies to talk about trending content in their respective fields and share their viewpoints. We have Mr. Harsha Vardhan, senior technical staff at Salesforce; Mr. Nikhil Vijayendra Simha, a noted host and anchor, and an alumnus of whom the university is proud, Mr. Amal Raj, current Director of Digifac Services (OPC) Private Limited, a seasoned professional in the field of program management and software development; Mr. Srikanth, a wildlife conservationist, photographer, and filmmaker whose works have been published on Nat Geo, the BBC, and Forbes and who was awarded the NHM, Sienna, NIF, and much more Last but not least, we have Mr. Uday Patta, experienced technology leaders passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex business problems challenges and driving digital transformation through his ideas and designs.
A carnival cannot exist without entertainment, and India cannot exist without cricket, so the first day holds the semi-finals of the game. The second-most crucial thing in this country is food. To negate hunger We have various food stalls from Gatox, Hungry Hippo, Iron Hill, Korean Street foods, Shawarmaminos, Chat Bells, Mumbai Ice Gola, and many North Indian and South Indian Royal Delish's recipes, as well as its Chinese cuisine, including our favorite biryani. These are accompanied by a tour of various tech and non-tech stalls, tummies full and hearts happy, come all masked and dandy to the masquerade ball. A carnival is incomplete without music. Always a smashing success, we have a GUSAC 9.0 that is returning with the DJ night. Keep the energy levels high for the audience to dance the night away with DJ Krispie and DJ Vral manoeuvring the night with their music.
Even more exciting and exhilarating than the first, the second day of GUSAC Carnival 9.0 continues to draw large crowds with its energetic and enthusiastic atmosphere. We have workshops where we have esteemed speakers share their insights with us; the must-have food, tech, and non-tech stalls teeming with delectable treats and fun-filled activities; and the Band Night is a must-attend festival event. Kickstarting the day with the VLSI workshop, we have semicon roadshow speakers, Prof. Siva Vanjari and Prof. Nakul Parameswar, to address the audience at B R Ambedkar Hall, Cotton Bhavan, offering a great opportunity for participants to learn and gain insights into the field. Anyone interested in learning about the latest developments in this field can attend this workshop, which is highly recommended as VLSI affords IC designers the ability to design using less space.
Next, we have the highly anticipated cricket finals that will keep the audience on their toes, as the two teams intensely battle it out in the field in the electric atmosphere, with the crowd hooting and cheering them on. The food stalls at the carnival will be busy with visitors while they dish out delicious treats and eatables, satisfying everyone’s stomachs. The Tech and non-tech stalls are also going to be hit with the range of services they are offering to the students to explore. As the evening sets in, we will have the stage set up for Red Bull Off the Roof and Threeory On.the bus stop, which is sure to draw huge crowds. Red Bull’s GC 9.0 event marks a major milestone in South India as it is the first time that Red Bull has hosted an event of this scale in the region.
