Inorbit Mall: A New Landmark and a Game-Changer for Visakhapatnam's Skyline



Visakhapatnam is poised to witness a monumental transformation with the advent of South India's largest Inorbit Mall, announced by the Raheja Group with a staggering investment of Rs. 600 crore.

Situated in Kailasapuram, Visakhapatnam, the mall is slated to cover an expansive area of 12 to 13 acres, marking a significant expansion compared to its counterparts.

Inaugurating the groundbreaking ceremony, Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy disclosed that the Inorbit Mall project,A sprawling complex spanning 13 acres is set to bring about 8,000 job opportunities, both directly and indirectly.

Developers, allocated 17 acres of land, intend to reserve 4 acres IT space covering 2.5 acres, with the remaining space designated for an international standard convention center.


Highlighting the broader economic vision for the region, Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy elucidated plans for an electronics and textile park in Hindupur, spanning 350 acres, anticipated to provide employment for up to 15,000 people upon completion.

This strategic initiative aligns with the government's commitment to fostering inclusive growth and economic prosperity across sectors.

Neel Raheja, Chairman of the Raheja Group, articulated the company's expansion strategy, noting existing malls in Vijayawada, Guntur, and Rajahmundry, with forthcoming developments planned in Nellore, Kakinada, and Tirupati.

This ambitious undertaking not only underscores the Raheja Group's commitment to regional development but also signifies Visakhapatnam's emergence as a key economic hub in South India.
