Cricket enthusiasts in Visakhapatnam were left disappointed as tickets for the highly anticipated Indian Premier League (IPL) match between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) were swiftly sold out within minutes of going on sale.

Scheduled to take place at Dr YSR ACA VDCA Stadium on Sunday, March 31, the match witnessed an overwhelming demand, leaving many fans unable to secure tickets.

Despite logging into the ticketing app promptly at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27, many fans found themselves faced with long waiting lists and substantial waiting times. Avid cricket fan A Ravi Kumar shared his disappointment after being assigned a waiting list number of 69,000 and ultimately missing out on tickets, despite waiting patiently for nearly an hour.

With the match seeing former Indian cricket legend and CSK captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni in action, coupled with the IPL's return to Visakhapatnam after five years, the excitement and demand for tickets were at an all-time high.

As discussions around ticket availability continue, cricket enthusiasts eagerly await the upcoming matches in Visakhapatnam, while preparations are underway for the arrival of the participating teams.
