In a significant move, KIMS Hospitals has acquired Queens NRI Hospital in Visakhapatnam. This strategic acquisition, valued at ₹755 crore, grants KIMS a 100% stake in the renowned healthcare institution, further expanding its footprint in the region.

The deal, which includes the completion of all necessary formalities, is expected to enhance the overall healthcare services provided by KIMS.

KIMS, which has seen a share value increase of 2.10% to ₹2,148 following the announcement, continues to strengthen its position in the healthcare industry. This acquisition marks KIMS' second major purchase in Visakhapatnam, following its acquisition of a hospital in 2018. The integration of Queens NRI Hospital is anticipated to bring advanced medical services and improved patient care to the city, aligning with KIMS' mission to provide top-tier healthcare.
