In recent times Waltair Division is taking various initiatives to provide several passenger friendly measures at the stations over its jurisdiction. Mobile phone has become an essential gadget of our day to day life without which our day does not begin.

It’s importance increases even more when we travel, particularly in trains. To sort out all the problems, one-stop solution provided by Waltair Division i.e. Cell World- mobile phone accessories, recharges and Xerox facility at Visakhapatnam station on platform No.1 beside of Robotic Spa. 

Divisional Railway Manager Shri Anup Satpathy inaugurated the facility today (14.02.2022) at Visakhapatnam station on platform No.1.  To promote new ideas and concepts related to travelling passengers and enhancing the non-fare revenue, Waltair division   awarded a contract for setting up of mobile accessories shop at Visakhapatnam station. KFW Cell World is a kiosk which provides services like sale of cell phones, accessories, recharge of prepaid mobile numbers and Xerox.   

DRM Shri Anup Satpathy said that the mission of Waltair Division to provide modern facilities to the esteemed passengers will continue and will develop the stations into most frequent visiting places.

Passengers can spend time by relaxing, entertaining and fulfilling their needs while undertaking journey or waiting for trains at railway station.
