In an effort to expedite the resolution of pending cases and promote access to justice, Senior Civil Judge and District Legal Services Authority Secretary, MV Seshamma, announced the convening of a National Lok Adalat in all courts across the district of Visakhapatnam on March 16th.

The National Lok Adalat aims to address a wide range of pending cases, encompassing civil disputes, cheque bounce matters, banking issues, motor accidents claims, cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, financial transactions, land-related disputes, family conflicts, as well as labor and industrial disputes.

Individuals with vested interests in seeking redressal for their grievances are encouraged to engage with the Legal Services Authority office located within the district courts premises.
