NIPM Celebrates 44th Foundation Day in Visakhapatnam



In a collaborative effort between Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) and the NIPM-Visakha Chapter, the 44th Foundation Day celebrations of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) were held at the learning and development center in Visakhapatnam on Friday.

Addressing the esteemed delegates, SC Pandey, Director (Personnel) and additional charge Director (Finance), emphasized the importance of continuous learning and urged HR professionals to upgrade their knowledge and skills to meet evolving industry demands.

Guest of honor Girish Dixit, Executive Director of Eisai Pharmaceuticals India Pvt Ltd, underscored the vital role played by the HR community in fostering employment opportunities and promoting employee welfare.


The event witnessed insights from notable personalities such as GM (Projects) of RINL, KV Rao, and Vice-President of M/s Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma, Dr. PS Tagor, who emphasized the significance of NIPM in achieving HR excellence.

Additionally, the dignitaries released a brochure announcing the forthcoming Central Region Conference 2024 scheduled to be held at RINL on April 26, 2024.

The program was graced by the presence of Chief General Manager (HR) G Gandhi, Vice-President of the Central Region at NIPM, B Muralidhara Rao, Chairman of NIPM-Visakha Chapter, Dr. SVS Sudhakar, along with numerous HR professionals from various public and private organizations, as well as senior officials from RINL.
