SEB Seizes 116 Bottles from Smugglers in Visakhapatnam

In a crackdown on illegal liquor trade, the Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) based in Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, successfully intercepted a smuggling operation at Rajeev Nagar in Aganampudi.

Acting on credible intelligence, SEB officials conducted a targeted raid on a residence, resulting in the seizure of a staggering 116 bottles of non-duty paid liquor from two individuals.

Upon further investigation, authorities determined that the seized liquor bottles were illicitly manufactured and smuggled into the region from Karnataka.

The SEB has promptly initiated legal action, booking cases against the involved individuals under relevant sections of the law.

This operation underscores the relentless efforts of law enforcement agencies to curb the illicit trade of alcohol and maintain public safety in Visakhapatnam.

The SEB remains vigilant in its mission to uphold the law and crack down on criminal activities that pose a threat to the well-being of the community.
